Tracking

There is a self hosted tracking solution in the background.
Your IP-Address - currently not stored at all - would be anonymized into the following format: "x.x.0.0."
The amount of information gathered is quite limited since no frontend tracking via JavaScript is used.
Currently the main interest is to see the amount of users accessing this page and the kind of device that is being used.

Cookies should be eaten and used sparingly on website.
Only cookies that are needed for this application to work properly will be sent to and from your browser.

  Your user session. Your selected language is stored here.

• XSRF-TOKEN

  This token helps to prevent so called cross-site request forgery attacks on the application.

Data encryption

The connection to xivclimbers.com is encrypted via an SSL server certificate issued by Let's Encrypt Authority. The data subject is always forwarded to an encrypted connection, even if the url was entered without "https" in the address bar of the browser.

xivclimbers.com is hosted in a data centre near Frankfurt in Germany.
